Gung Hay Fat Choy, this special celebration makes it a lucky day for everyone! Every year the children look forward to receiving a little red envelope with a special surprise inside. They start the day by dressing in red outfits to school, they have fortune cookies and tangerines for snack, and the rest of the day is filled with music, dragon dances, firecrackers and delicious Chinese cuisine for lunch.
